Backorders and Pre-orders

Our system is not set up to accept backorders for all out of stock items. Sometimes, however, we open pre-orders or backorders for certain items. The pre-order or backorder status of these items will be indicated in the item’s title and description. A list of all current pre-order and backorder items is always on our frontpage (except when none exist).

Note: pre-orders and backorders are available to North American customers only.

It is recommended that you pay by credit card for any pre-order or backorder items. You card will not be charged until your items arrive. You will receive an email order update when your order begins re-processing, but we will not attempt to re-obtain your permission to charge your credit card unless special circumstances (such as a price change or significant passing of time) exist. This permission is granted to us when you complete your pre-order or backorder.

If you prefer to pre-order or backorder using Paypal, you must pay in advance as you complete the order through our system.

Feel free to add any "in stock" items to your pre-order or backorder. In stock items will be shipped immediately, and we will ship your pre-ordered or backordered item(s) to you when they arrive free of charge.

Under most circumstances, we will allow you to cancel your pre-order or backorder. Orders paid in advance with Paypal will be refunded through Paypal, and there will be no fee assessed.
